Shipment processing time
All clothing items orders are processed by our print partners based in Europe, USA and Australia within 2-5 business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Books, stationery, gift items and games are shipped from the UK. Orders are shipped daily Monday to Friday via Royal Mail. Pre-orders for books are shipped as soon as they are received from the printers. This is usually two weeks before publication.
Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped when the pre-order items are released. To avoid delays please create separate orders for pre-order items if you want your other items to be dispatched immediately.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout using live rates. The shipping cost is calculated on the weight and size of the parcel. You will have the option to choose a regular or tracked service. All items from our print partners including clothing, mugs, stickers and throws have tracking included. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide the correct delivery address at the time of purchase. The seller shall not be liable for any loss, delay, or mis-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. Once an order has been dispatched, modifications to the delivery address cannot be accommodated.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, but we will update customers if this occurs.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) if appropriate. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
https://joditaylorshop.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
https://joditaylorshop.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. It is a good idea to photograph your item before claiming.
