What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order has been placed, it is processed immediately. Unfortunately, we cannot modify or cancel orders once they are confirmed.


Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide! However, shipping times may vary depending on your location.

How long does shipping take?

  • UK Orders: Typically 3-7 business days.
  • International Orders: 7-21 business days, depending on your location.

Returns & Refunds

Print on Demand (POD) Merchandise

Can I return or exchange a POD item?
As all POD items are printed specifically to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it.

What should I do if my POD item is faulty?
If there is an issue with your item (e.g., misprint, damage, incorrect item), please email us at info@joditaylorshop.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where necessary.

Signed Books

What if my book arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging your books, but if your book arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. You will need to return the book, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Do I need to return a damaged or incorrect book?
Yes, to process a refund or replacement, we require the damaged or incorrect book to be returned.


Signed Books

Are all books signed by Jodi Taylor?
Yes! All hardback and paperback books sold on this shop are personally signed by Jodi Taylor.

Can I request a personalized message with my signed book?
At this time, we only offer standard signed copies without personal dedications. If you wish a personalised message on your book, you will need to attend a Jodiworld Event or another of Jodi’s book signings.


Print on Demand Merchandise

What kind of POD merchandise do you offer?
We offer a variety of Jodi Taylor-themed merchandise, including clothing, mugs, tote bags, blankets and more.

How are POD items made?
Each POD item is custom printed to order. This means that production begins only after you place an order, ensuring unique and high-quality items.

Why does it take longer to receive POD items?
Since each item is made to order, production times can vary. Please allow additional time for printing and shipping.
