NB: Please Note: If you order a book that is not yet published this will hold up your entire order until that book is released. At that time the warehouse will send your whole order. If you order merchandise at the same time as a book, your clothing/merch may arrive but the book will be placed on back-order until it is in stock. If you order two books, one of which is published and one of which is awaiting publication – both books will be held back until the full order is available.
